Relaxing

We had forgotten how beautiful the Lake of the Woods (Kenora) and Sioux Lookout area are. What an amazing country we live in and amazing Creator we have! Last night on our walk, my friend and I saw a mother bear with 3 very small cubs. We didn't stick around too long - as we were walking, but that was a pretty rare sight. Our friends live on 15 acres with 29 sled dogs and 4 horses. They have been dog sled racers for as long as we've known them. Oh, and they also have two mini Daschunds - one of which ate my bag of chocolates out of my suitcase. And then they had to give him something to throw up as that much chocolate would poison him. But we are having a relaxing time - Dan even got to go quadding this afternoon. He speaks twice tomorrow so please pray for him.
